CH341A Memory Programmer
USB programmer for reading, writing and backing up 24-series EEPROM and 25-series SPI flash chips, including BIOS and router firmware.
Based on the WCH CH341A USB bridge chip, this programmer reads, erases, writes and verifies 24-series I2C EEPROMs and 25-series SPI flash memories placed in its ZIF socket. It is widely used with software such as AsProgrammer, NeoProgrammer and flashrom to back up and restore BIOS chips on motherboards and laptops, and firmware on routers, TVs and other devices. SOIC-8 chips can be read using a SOP8-to-DIP adapter or in place with a test clip, both sold separately. Many versions of this board put 5 V on the data lines even when set for 3.3 V chips, so check your board and apply a 3.3 V fix before working with 3.3 V flash.
