Brass anti-backlash nut with tension spring for T8 lead screws, reducing Z-axis wobble and play on 3D printers and CNC machines.
The assembly pairs a brass T8 lead-screw nut with a floating second nut and a spring that pushes them apart, taking up the clearance between thread and nut so the axis does not shift when the screw changes direction. This reduces backlash and Z-wobble, giving more consistent layer heights on 3D printers and more accurate depths on CNC routers and laser engravers. It fits 8 mm T8 trapezoidal lead screws, but the nut's lead must match the screw's, so check it before fitting. Flange holes let it bolt to standard printer carriages and linear-axis builds.
