V6 Hotend Metal Heat Break / Throat & Block Kit
Replacement metal heat break and heater block kit for V6-style 1.75 mm hotends, for repairs and all-metal hot end upgrades.
The heat break, or throat, is the threaded tube that joins the cold heatsink to the hot heater block, and its thin neck stops heat creeping upward and softening the filament too early. This kit pairs a V6-style metal heat break with a matching heater block for 1.75 mm filament, so a worn or clogged hotend can be rebuilt in one go. Confirm the heat-break material and whether a PTFE liner is fitted, since all-metal throats allow higher temperatures but usually need retraction retuning. Assemble the nozzle and heat break so they meet inside the block, then tighten the nozzle at printing temperature to prevent leaks.
